They are dysfunctional. I have never heard of someone being terminated with a doctor's note? I had a doctor's appointment and went and I was excused for that day. I am filing a suit against thiem. For unlawful termination. I have all of my doctor's statements . How can they expect u to work if you're sick? Makes no sense. I could tell u some stories about this place. 🤣
Our rep Tyler G has been absolutely fantastic in getting our problems taken care off. Which I have been struggling with for 2 years. Also, I want to say our new delivery has been awesome as well. Thank you both for all your hard work.
NEVER do business with these people. They will lie right to you just to make sale. The better an employee is lying, the better chance they will get promoted. If you need services they offer, you must look for a local company. This is one of the worse vendors i have EVER deal with in my life. TERRIBLE. run away from them.
We have been overcharged consistently through our last few months with this company after making it clear we were ending our contract for poor service and poor customer service. In calling to dispute the overages there were over 5 cases that they agreed to issue a credit on and then closed without issuing the credit to our account; causing me to have to call and open the case again.
