this company is horrible to work with. The Corp office has nice reps when you call but nothing gets done. They make promises they don't keep. Over/wrongfully charge for products and services that are not in the contract. This is a breach of contract which we are not required to pay. Then they stop servicing us because we refuse to pay an amount we contractually didn't agree with. The field rep never answers his email or calls back, until I went over his head then he response but becomes evasive. They might be cheaper... read more
If I could give this company a 0 star I would. They lock you into a contract that AUTO renews with no warning. They are VERY unreasonable to work with. They don’t respond to emails. Or calls.. They will charge you for services you don’t receive AND they loose their own uniforms and then charge you for them…this company is very unprofessional on every aspect. If you’re thinking of going with them save yourself years of stress and time. Pick someone else. 😊 note: I’ve been with this company over 20 years…
I have been an Aramark customer for over 20 years. The company has fallen off significantly over the last 10 years. Gettin over billi under contract, shortage of billed linens, managers that don't call you back when you have an issue, and the drivers could care less about you as a customer. I hate to put this review up, because they were a great company for years, with employees that cared, but this is no longer the case.
Our company uses Vestis and our delivery guy, Troy is wonderful to work with, always helpful, and makes sure Spring Valley always has what they need for our depot and drivers! Thanks Troy!
If you're a small business DO NOT work with this company, they will penny pinch you to death. Aramark will raise your rates every chance they get. They will con you into six year contracts and threaten you if you want to cancel. Aramark Uniform Services Hates small businesses!!!
