If I could give no stars I would. The delivery driver is the only good thing with this company. I only get a logo mat through them. They’re suppose to come out once a week to replace the mat with another clean one. They haven’t had a mat to replace it with in 3 months but still charge me weekly. My bill also went from $27 to $47 no explanation for it. Especially if I’m not receiving what I’m supposed to. Absolutely hate this company but they have me tied down to a 5 year contract. Do not do business with these snakes.

misspelled my name, called them to fix it and haven’t gotten anything in the last 2 months. not sure if we get uniforms from this store or the one in springfield but either way i’ve been waiting and all i’ve got was a we’re working on it.

Absolutely the worst laundry service I have ever used. Constant stained and torn sheets, horrible delivery service. This has gone on for months! Finally, they have been fire! They constantly left a very busy spa hanging, broken promises, never showing up and then a lie after lie, DONE!

First we did not chose Vestis, Aramark changed. We do not get calls unless requested. We have had a billing issue and its funny how its always something with our cards. However, the driver makes sure we are taken care of. If our regular driver is off he makes sure the person filling in knows what we get and how we do things here. I know we are not a big account, we are small and feel that we do not matter to you.
