Terrible customer service. They will arm wrestle you into more expensive contract options. Read the fine print. Do yourself a favor and go with another company. ALSCO has been around for a long time for a reason.
Don't get into business with this company. Dishonest from the top to the bottom. They constantly increase invoices without authorization, don't deliver all of the product that you're paying for; and on top of that deliver shoddy rags with holes, burn marks, stains, and strings hanging from them. Read that contract and then BURN IT before you think about signing with Vestis.
The drivers don't know how to yield to pedestrians IN A CROSSWALK ALREADY! Maybe your drivers need a training course in washington state laws. Extremely irritated at the delivery drivers who are supposed to be representing your company. If the drivers are representing the company, the product may not be enough to save face for the company. Not impressed.
Salesman Stephen Liddy that works for Aramark is a scam salesman! He came in 6 times to my restaurant trying to sell me on product. Tried over charging me by 50 towels a week and when I eventually agreed to sign up I told him I was not interested in signing up location 1 ONLY location 2 which he agreed. I told him I would try location 2 out for a month and see how it is and if I like it I’ll sign up location 1. What a poor end to a business relationship! Our prices DOUBLED in one year (within a few cents for each item we use). When we spoke to Aramark, they said it was because our contract had expired (they hadn't alerted us that it had) and so we were no longer locked-in on price. They were sure they could work out something better with a new contract, and I asked, in that case, if they would recalculate our last huge bill.
