A Vestis tractor trailer struck and damaged one of my parked fleet vehicles then fled the scene without notifying anyone or providing any insurance information. We have rear dashcam video evidence of the impact, so there is no question of who struck our vehicle. The worst service I've ever known they have no responsibility with their customers they have a totally uncontrolled service supposedly they pass by collecting dirty uniform every week but it's a lie they pass like once a month and they always charge you as if they are really passing every week I would never recommend them
My company has been working with Aramark for over a year now, and I can say that the techs I work with rarely have a full uniform. They either have holes in them, buttons ripping off, pockets that are falling apart, only a top or only a bottom. The issue of uniforms not being repaired has been brought up on multiple occasions and they have done nothing to rectify the issue. Horrible service. My company switched from Cintas to Aramark and we have had issues getting uniforms since. Every single week our delivery is incomplete. I have to wash my uniforms myself. Our driver Bobby the delivery guy has been helpful but his boss Michael Gatta is unresponsive, and still has not resolved the problem's we had from 4 months ago. My salesman Jordan Rigby was great when he was selling me on how good his company was, now I can even get him to answer the phone.
Horrible service. My company switched from cintas to aramark and weve had issues getting uniforms since. My company pays premium prices for us to have 12 pairs of pants and 12 shirts. Every single week Im lucky if I have 5 pairs of pants for the week. I have to take my own uniforms home to wash dispite all the money they get from my work. The worst part is that the delivery guy acts like its not his problem.
