This is the most underhanded company that I have ever dealt with. My driver is great, he is definitely NOT the problem. Although management would try to tell you otherwise. The driver is not allowed to make any corrections to the bill when items are missing or not delivered. A supervisor inside has to try to make the adjustments & then some upper power that is can deny the correction for absolutely no given reason. If you want to be exploited, if you want to pay a bill that changes every month and have rude customer service, then sign a contract with them. They are extremely rude. I do not recommend business owners deal with them.
Jose has been servicing our route and is always consistent and reliable. Service with a smile sums it up.
For anyone with a business, I don't recommend dealing with them. Their prices change constantly without any notice, their service is poor, and their management is extremely rude. I don't advise signing anything. You can also check the other reviews ; most people have the same problem.
Matt does our route weekly and he is just a gem! He is amazing and always has the best customer service. We value the service this company has provided us for years. Thank you so much for having amazing drivers that care.
