I regret doing business with them and I'd be ashamed to conduct business the way they have with me. In my ignorance, I signed a contract for 5 years (wasn't told that-it was in the fine print). Archie has been with us for years. So very kind and wonderful to be around. Always has a smile on his face or an encouraging word to share. He is very prompt and professional carrying out his job duties.
