My last 2 Vestis route drivers have really improved my opinion of the company. Tim and Brian are very good at being consistent and communicating with me. Those two deserve all 5 stars.

1 stare only because they show up every week, weekly services are not to par, several employees do not have uniforms for months, they don’t change the rugs every week, we have Aeamark supply us with shop rags, this is the only thing I could possibly, maybe say is good. Although they don’t pick up all the used rags. I’ve requested a uniform change and was told it would be 1-2 weeks. 5 weeks later, still nothing! DM seems to be avoiding my calls.

There are some growing pains but things are improving quickly. Everyone has been more than pleasant to work with and try hard to tackle any issues that arrive.

This company has price increases often that they don't tell you about. So check your invoice often. The cost per item (floor mats)doubled in 2 years. I often had poor quality products holes, broken edges and stains. That I complained about often and they never did anything to correct the problem! Their contract is very one sided, and basically says they can change the costs as much as they want whenever they want! Watch out!!

when I called Aramark uniform company, to inquire about uniforms for my employees, salesman quoted me prices, which were fine at the time. He stressed getting first aid kit for only 14.99 one time charge. He also told me that he can get us uniforms in 2 weeks. 3 months later we got the uniforms and so called first aid kit which consists of 10 boxes of bandaids. after we got our uniforms I noticed weekly charge for first aid kit ( bandaids) of 14.99 every week which in 36 months will cost me $2,338.44.
