Do not sign a contract with this company. They use predatory practices to trap customers into continuing agreements. They require a written letter 60 days before your contract ends or it automatically starts over. None of their staff is helpful with any of this and they all know what they are doing. To trap you. It is so easy to increase to cost of your bill, but if you need something. Decreased you need to sign another agreement, extending the time you are obligated to this awful company.
Company reals you in, gets you to sign a contract, then turns around with poor service, poor quality expensive supplies, and won't let you get put of the contract.
Scott Siemer is the employee who delivers our residential linens and is always communicative about when he is coming, delivers them neatly and comes in to inform us where it was placed and always has a smile on his face and does a wonderful job at treating us as customers.
