This is the absolute worse company ever! When it was Aramark it was ok but vestis absolutely NOT. They have been billing me for 2yrs while not providing me a service. None of the invoices contain signatures of receipt of services. There are several emails where I have attempted to reach out to customer service and no response. Please Aramark, be aware of the fact that you are situated in the middle of a residential area. So many truck drivers keep on honking because they want to enter your premises. This is something you should take responsibility for. We wake up every day between 5-6AM because of your co workers. I’m begging you, please be more respectful 🙏

Try not to live on the side of one of the apartment blocks that face this place. God knows what hours they operate but I am regularly woken up at 5 and 6 in the morning (as well as later on) by noises from the warehouse. It’s a constant stream of idling noises from heavy trucks, and a series of reversing noises. This company doesn’t even deserve a star I give 0 star. I built out a restaurant a sales rep was harassing me to start an account with then I started the account not knowing they tie people down in a 7 years contract. The business being still under construction they started sending invoices out without doing any deliveries or instillation. What company would setup a system that doesn’t allow you to contact anyone locally? Aramark that’s who. 4 tickets submitted. No one ever calls us back. No one cares. We’ve been trying to get ahold of anyone for a month. They just mark the tickets resolved even though they aren’t. They won’t give out info of managers or account reps. The customer service calls for you but they never pick up. It’s insanely bad.
