canceled service due to billing always incorrect, not satisfied with service, canceled thru my rep, they said breach of contract after guarantee of non satisfaction cancelation, going thru collections, because they kept changing managers. a year later still trying to resolve this canceled account, DO NOT agree to contractual agreements, it is a scam.
By far the worest experience in dealing with a service company I had in my life time. Uniforms are bad they are in worest condition after wash, No one returns calls from sales to Mgrs. Even when I want to upgrade uniforms to see that can solve the bad returns. Getting charge for ghost services. All this started from day one and I cannot get out of this contract. Buyer beware
Aramark has always taken care of my uniform needs , they have competitive pricing and Quality products. Managers are responsive to any service needs I have. They definitely have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to ensure my team has what they need.
Signed up in October first delivery in January 2023 and wrong uniforms were ordered. Being charged for wrong uniforms and false charges. I fight weekly with them to get my bill and uniforms right. Talked to Marlin, Tim , Ryan and customer service and still everyone talking about a solution with no follow through. On the phone now with customer service to get someone above these 3 guys to fix our issues. About to cancel with them as nothing is getting resolved as they have promised. I pay this company 286$ every single year to clean my uniforms and they do a HORRIBLE job . They come collect my uniforms but dont bring them back the following week like there supposed to. leaving you with no uniforms to wear to work. This is a reoccurring issue that ive addressed numerous of times. If your a company looking to contract with them. As an employee from a company that is contracted to them. I would recommend you go elsewhere.
