We currently use Vestis for multiple services (air fresheners, paper towels, cotton/microfiber towels, toilet paper, cook’s aprons, and rugs), and deliveries are consistently incomplete. It has gotten to the point where we feel the need to physically check the driver’s work before they leave. If we don’t, items we’re paying for are often missed, which leads to more time spent tracking down corrections after the fact. Always had a great experience with Aramark in the past. You get to know your delivery person and they go out of their way to make sure that everything is taken care of and correct. I have dealt with Steve H.in the past few years and I highly recommend you request him to deal with your services. He's great! I had another gentleman before him but unfortunately don't recall his name but he was also very helpful. They take care of you and make you feel appreciated and I love that about this business!!
The worst customer service ever , they keep sending you invoices even if they did not do the service even if no one shows up , they forget the uniforms in Madison then two times the driver came in and said i am not going to do the service today and at the same time they send you an invoice . we tried to call customer service couple times to stop the invoices because they break the contract by not doing the service and they still sending us invoices . ( do not ever sign with them ), and one star is way too much for you .
We have THE BEST delivery guy servicing our business here in Pewaukee servicing our floor mats and uniforms!! Jose is ALWAYS smiling, friendly, accommodating, and asking us if we are happy with his services. He shows up like clockwork every Tuesday morning and he brightens our day and it puts us all in a better mindset to tackle the day. We actually get excited about “NEW MAT DAY”!! They always look amazing and we enjoy Jose’s upbeat attitude and smiling face.
Our rep and deliver person, Jose', is great to work with. If there are any issues, he corrects them immediately. He is very professional and a pleasure to work with. Please never replace him from this particular route. I don't think anyone else could do the spectacular job that he does every week without question.
