Horrible experience – stay away from Vestis/Aramark! This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They overcharge every single week, even when no service is provided. I’ve called and emailed countless times, and nothing ever changes. They send whatever they want, charge whatever they want, and completely ignore customer complaints. Aramark has been overcharging us since we signed our contract. Make sure that you hire a full time employee to go over their weekly invoices. It takes several phone calls and emails for them to acknowledge each issue. The billing "errors" (OVER CHARGING) will continue week after week even after calling it to their attention. Aramark staff will call to harass you week after week threatening a disruption of service even though you can't get a supervisor to call you back about the billing errors. Horrible experience since we signed up. MAKE SURE THAT YOU CHECK YOUR BILLS WEEKLY, THEY CONSTANTLY OVERCHARGE. It is stated in our contract that if Aramark cannot secure a solution of an issue within 30 days, we can then terminate our contract due to deficiencies in service. Again, Aramark is not holding up their end of the bargain. Do yourself a favor and find another uniform company. Its NOT WORTH the WEEKLY AGGRAVATION.
Continuing to bill me even though I cancelled months ago. I have been told someone is going to contact me and of course no one has in months. Never do business with this company.
