This company sucks. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM. Have had issues before even signing my contract. My sales rep misled my company and lied then left the company shortly after leaving my account a mess. I have been jerked around by customer service and the so called “management” being Phil and Darren. Basically left on read and never resolved. This company continues to bill us even after we requested cancellation and stopped receiving their service. Furthermore, they increased our bill from $42 to $103 without any authorization. When I called the manager to resolve the issue, instead of helping, he threatened to penalize us for "breaching the contract." We already contacted our lawyer. It is no surprise that they have so many 1-star reviews citing this exact same issue.
One of their trucks swerved across two lanes and ran me on the shoulder of I-75. This isn't a company to be associated with, they obviously aren't serious about safety.
Continued improper billing for three years. Multiple people through leadership roles, and to echo everything below, in other reviews they give nothing but empty promises. The driver will forge your signature and bill you anyways. Used to have a wonderful relationship years back. All went upside down. Before you tell me how you care and to open a ticket, go review all of the past tickets unresolved.
If I could give ZERO stars i would. DO NOT give this company a single dollar. Worst service wether it's the salesman or the management. I was given false information when signing up for the service and management was not willing to correct the issue. Customer service phone number did as they promised and my delivery driver was great but that's where the buck stops. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY
