Continued improper billing for three years. Multiple people through leadership roles, and to echo everything below, in other reviews they give nothing but empty promises. The driver will forge your signature and bill you anyways. Used to have a wonderful relationship years back. All went upside down. Before you tell me how you care and to open a ticket, go review all of the past tickets unresolved.
The worst to deal with. Empty promises, bad customer service. Good luck trying to get any problem sorted out. They issue a ticket and then it just goes into some sort of abyss. They are rude, rude, rude and my driver was just WEIRD.
Driver needs to check blind spots. Nearly ran me off road. Then when I honked at him he fiped me the bird. Very ghetto. Dont recommend
If I could give ZERO stars i would. DO NOT give this company a single dollar. Worst service wether it's the salesman or the management. I was given false information when signing up for the service and management was not willing to correct the issue. Customer service phone number did as they promised and my delivery driver was great but that's where the buck stops. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY
Horrible company, never have any supplies, overworked and underpaid delivery drivers! Constantly charging company for things we never received and didn't order. One driver told me, they don't even have working equipment and have to use their personal phones for GPS, and no working AC in those trucks! How horrible can you get, do BETTER!!!
