Tim is incredible, but that's about it. This rating of 4.8 is strictly for Tim, not the company. We've had nothing but problems with the billing departments and leadership.
My business has worked with Aramark/Vestis for the past 3 years. One thing I can count on is that Tim always takes pride in delivering the best service! He is very pleasant and easy to work with!
We have been receiving great service from Vestis. Our driver Tim is amazing, he takes care of us whenever we need a change of service or have a billing question. He is definitely the reason for sticking with this company, as not many people care about their customers as much as he does.
Our driver Tim is literally the BEST, and mainly the reason we use Vestis if it wasn't for him being the person he is who makes sure we are always taken care of, if there is an error he is sure to fix it immediately. He is a GREAT asset to Vestis!!!
