We have been using Aramark since 2018, my driver Sean P......a is the best! On time every week! Always happy and positive attitude!!! I will only stay with Vestis as long as I have Sean P......a as my driver!
I have been using for a year or so. My driver Dave is a pleasure to work with. Great communication and understanding. They work with you. Sometimes I need more, sometimes less. I can always count on Dave. Keep it up!
Our driver, Dave, is great. He's always available to answer questions or check on/place orders for us. He's always on-time, reliable, and has a friendly, agreeable attitude. I enjoy working with him every week. The complaint I get from my employees is that uniforms with the same size printed on them are variable in actual fit, and the pants run at least 2" too small in the waist.
Terrible service and no customer support. My business was not provided with the service per contract and terrible customer support when reported. Please do not sign with Aramark.. waste of money. Kitchen towels are all not in right size, torn and not washed. Fiber towels was not provided at all. I wish Igive negative star for this company.
David has been the best driver we have had by far. . He's always on schedule and willing to help when we have a problem... We used to be short on towels very often, but since he took over our account, we haven't had a single issue.
