I am writing to warn other businesses about our experience with Vestis. We signed a commercial account for four employees: each employee was to receive 14 shirts, 14 pants, and 2 jackets, plus weekly shop rug/towel service. While Vestis eventually completed the initial order, the jackets arrived 3–4 months late and only after we used and then returned temporary jackets.
