Mary Simpson is quite literally the hardest person to work with. She causes issues, has a terrible attitude and isn’t willing to help customers. If this company was smart they would fire and hire a welcoming and kind person to help install the equipment.
The worst service ever. We were charged from a company for every week even though we were contracted for every other week and also, the service guy wouldn’t show up to do the service and fake the manager signature. The guy who did the contract with us wouldn’t pick up the call. Our emails weren’t answered. I don’t recommend this company at all.
