Very unprofessional customer service and service manager than are unable to help customer accounts an this will lead with companies not renewing the contracts and have cancel all other locations as well lets go back to Cintas

Aramark/vestis is the worst company. My husband and his employee rarely get their uniforms and yet still think they should be paid for not getting anything. Now we are washing the uniforms which I'm sure they won't pay us to do. Just awful all the way around.

How this company stays in business is crazy to me. I didn't receive any rags one week and asked them to credit them to me. They said we still have to charge you as the rags we picked up need to get washed. I was beside myself when I heard that. As a steakhouse owner I feel if I had a customer who ordered a steak and it never came out and then still charged them because I had to wash their plate still, there would be a riot. Somehow this company feels they can do that.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! We fired them on 5.22.24. for NOT doing their job and for billing us for services they didn't preform!! the uniforms were terrible, they wouldn't repair them, my guys looked like ragga muffins & orphans!! Yet my bill continued to go up every month! We have NOT used their service since. they will not close out my account (as promised multiple times) They continue to send me FRADGULENT BILLS & STATEMENTS (even after telling me that my account was closed and the fake invoices were "taken care of" multiple... read more
