I have worked in automotive all of my working life. I have likely been a customer of all of the laundry companies on the market, big and small. I wanted to share my experience, specific to the Everett Vestis branch. Mark, Dave, and their team will have your back! Our auto group switched from their competitor in an effort to mitigate poor customer service, price gouging, and uniform shorted for our production staff. I've used several uniform companies over my 35 year career in the automotive industry. Vestis is by far the worst. Poor communication, poor products, overcharge, ETC. If you're looking for a uniform company I highly recommend you search elsewhere!!
They are a horrible company. Lots of turnover and lack of service. They would skip days cause they couldn’t staff it. So I cancelled and they are now hitting me with a past due balance and collections.
The worst vendor service I’ve ever experienced.
Aramark has been a great business vendor. The service has been great and consistent and reasonably priced. They have addressed my needs quickly and they are friendly.
