They NEVER answer the phone! My daughter is employed there, and was hospitalized flr 4 days, and I was trying to update them daily on her status so they could plan staffing better while she was off, but constant calls were never answered. I had to drive 20 miles to the facility, and when I get there, I see the supposed receptionist chasing the two male supervisors around like she was trying to get attention!
