I have done business with Aramark for 3 years and we've had quite a few problems. We get serviced weekly and the quality of the product is great, they can usually work with you on anything you need. The office staff is friendly. We usually have to go through Cyndi and she's extremely helpful. The drivers on the other hand are the problem. They are short with me, they usually don't have what we ordered or need and have a bad attitude. Last time a driver showed up in a tank top and didn't even pick up the dirty linen and to... read more
Jesus is a amazing driver, always on time and our orders or service is exceptional.
Worst customer service ever experienced. They short you on merchandise and they never have anyone to help out when you need help.
