after weeks of no response to update our account we attempt to move on to a vendor that will communicate and they now want to act like we are an important customer. they want 4500 dollars to cancel the contract. must be nice to not have to provide a service and get guaranteed money. unfortunately gonna have to go the legal route.

I absolutely love our driver! He is the best and always makes sure we are taken care of. My only negative is not getting all of our towels on drop off days due to them not being ready.

Our two regular men that come into the store are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond with customer service. They are always on top of letting us know if something isn't right with our delivery and when they will be back to fix it. Always treated with a smile and a good morning from our men! Amazing!

A the catering director at Gateway Market, my linen needs are often random and last-minute. Our delivery driver, Shawn does a great job on working with me to ensure we get what we need. I know i can always count on him and he always communicates any issues or is quick to rectify any problems!

We don't get what we pay for every week,then the prices were jacked for no reason. We get some of the greasiest nasty towels, we are a restaurant and use them for cleaning,it's very disappointing. We have even gotten aprons with a rank smell... I wouldn't want someone smelling like that cooking my food.... the only good thing I can say is that Dale, who brings our stuff is a very nice guy and always tries to fix the issue to the best of his ability.
