Very disappointed with this service. I would make numerous phone calls and leave mutilple messages to even emails and I wouldnt be able to make any contact. Months would go by, I get a letter from the ** and magically this company would email me verbatim what my letter states. They would tell me what they need one day and the very next day they would email me saying they will not proceed with any claims. ******** company, would not recommend anyone to use. They put all the responsibility on you to figure out your appeal and claim, and only want to collect compensation. They do not have a robust team to help people navigate disability claims. Seek help elsewhere and don't waste your time.
