The staff (Spencer, Ash & Dr Silver) were executional and made us feel beyond cared for in a rough situation. I’m truly grateful for the experience we had, guidance and care for my dog Odin. The welcome board was such a lovely touch!
VCG was an absolutely wonderful experience. From scheduling, to getting records from my vet, walking into the office and the nurse and Dr. Silver's attention to us was incredible. The level of care and respect we received as well as the amount of time Dr. Silver spent with us was refreshing. We didn't feel rushed and walked away with a much better understanding of our dog's diagnosis and options for next steps.
