I am so happy with the vets, techs and office staff at VU. We recently moved to Michigan and had to leave our long time vet which was as stressful for our big boys (labs) as it was for us. The staff was warm and inviting and our fur babies had no problems meeting new friends (docs and staff). Overall a great experience. Thank you guys. It has made the transition so much easier.
The staff at VU is amazing! Everyone is always so helpful and kind. We have seen Dr. Knapp at Parkway for years. He is extremely knowledgeable and is very compassionate. There is never a doubt in my mind about the care that our dog, Easton is getting! We also love going to AAC, Easton has gone there for 8 years now. He is always so excited when he gets there and is tired coming home. Everyone is very helpful at AAC. An amazing veterinary group with compassionate doctors, knowledgeable staff, and exceptional care. Their dedication to both pets and clients truly sets them apart. Veterinary united has many locations for all types of things! With grooming, boarding, daycare, and vets that even see exotic animals! They have something for everyone!
My experience with Thompson Animal Clinic. I was told this is a relief vet and the office has no control over who is sent. More vetting of these professionals needs be put in place: The front desk staff and vet techs at this clinic are wonderful, they are friendly, attentive, and clearly love animals. Family and friends have always been referred to this Veterinary Group. Every time I stop in I’ve gotten a warm friendly smile and have been treated like family. The marketing and social media has made it enjoyable to follow along. AAC is a great place for all your furry friends.
