I always find the staff friendly and welcoming, and the waiting room is spacious and well laid out to make it easy to keep pets seperated. My dog absolutely loves Dr Brendan. It's so funny watching her eagerly waiting for his return if he leaves the room.
We'd never been here before and were happy with the whole experience. Online booking is great, super convenient. Dr Ash was great with my big boy. Often vets streamline consultations because the dog is big and intimidating. Reality is that he's a big sooky and thinks he's a lap dog. Dr Ash was thorough and caring, answering all of my questions. Pricing was like other vets, however they have afterpay for those emergencies. I'd recommend Vets4Pets Mawson Lakes .
We had to put our family cat (Megg) down in May 2024 due to acute kidney failure. It was indeed a very sad & disheartening process but the vet (Dr.Ash Sharma) has been very patience with us throughout the entire process as he allow us plenty of time to grieve and say goodbye to our beloved cat. We strongly recommend this vet clinic for their outstanding customer service and Dr.Ash for his professionalism.
Nice staff. Some distance themselves your pet and only talk to you. I don't know if this is normal here, but other veterinary clinics I have been to are much less distant from their patients. I understand that this is an observation not an intended attack to anyone who works here. Thank you for looking after our cat 🐈😺.
Have been a customer here for a few years now. Today I rang to organise medication for my senile dog and spoke to Shahn. I was told I needed to see a vet. Was more than happy to do just that but asked if they could organise his medication in the time being so he could get by (he goes downhill fast without it). I was told no and the soonest appointment offered was two nights away.
