Prompt attention on our first visit. Very gentle with my boy Frank a 10yr old bishon friese. Have now found my forever vet
The veterinarian was informed that my dog is anxious, particularly as he had recently relocated from Sydney to Adelaide and was still adjusting to the change. Despite this, no effort was made to help him feel comfortable during the visit, such as offering treats or using calming techniques. Instead, she commented, “this is what we call a dog with no manners.” I found this remark upsetting and inappropriate. The team got my little old girl in sooner to help with her ageing issues. The Vet was amazingly thorough and provided the most honest and best advice.
Both the vet nurses and the vet, Dr Jarko, are amazing. We brought our cat in for a specialised surgery a couple of weeks ago and they did a fantastic job with her. They explained everything thoroughly and they were very empathetic. Thank you so much for all your help ❤️
