The veterinarian was informed that my dog is anxious, particularly as he had recently relocated from Sydney to Adelaide and was still adjusting to the change. Despite this, no effort was made to help him feel comfortable during the visit, such as offering treats or using calming techniques. Both the vet nurses and the vet, Dr Jarko, are amazing. We brought our cat in for a specialised surgery a couple of weeks ago and they did a fantastic job with her. They explained everything thoroughly and they were very empathetic. Thank you so much for all your help ❤️
Our dog has had a persistent ear infection for months (previous vets just did not seem to get on top of it). Dr Alicia Cheong was great, she was patient, calm and helped get to the root cause that has resulted in finally fixing the problem. I would highly recommend Dr Alicia and Vets4Pets as a whole.
In an emergency our kitten was seen promptly, assessed, diagnosed and treated. Clear explanations were given as to what was wrong with our kitten, the treatment required and cost. Sympathetic and caring staff members. Our kitty is now happy and healthy. Definitely use again!
We’ve been bringing our pets to Vets 4 Pets Ridgehaven for many years and have always been so grateful for the kindness and care the whole team shows. They take the time to listen, explain, and treat our animals with gentleness and respect.
