We were concerned about our 16 year old cat who suddenly developed a bleeding sore on his lip. Even though it was late on a Friday night the staff were friendly and the vet gave us a thorough examination and time to ask questions. We are thrilled that it must have just been a bite or scratch that became infected because two days later it had almost gone and is healing perfectly! Many thanks, Patch and Family

We were very happy with the veterinarian we saw. They explained everything clearly in easy to understand, without overcomplicating things or recommending unnecessary services. We also appreciated their honest, straightforward approach and the time they took to make sure we understood everything.
The veterinarian was informed that my dog is anxious, particularly as he had recently relocated from Sydney to Adelaide and was still adjusting to the change. Despite this, no effort was made to help him feel comfortable during the visit, such as offering treats or using calming techniques. Instead, she commented, “this is what we call a dog with no manners.” I found this remark upsetting and inappropriate.
