The veterinarian was informed that my dog is anxious, particularly as he had recently relocated from Sydney to Adelaide and was still adjusting to the change. Despite this, no effort was made to help him feel comfortable during the visit, such as offering treats or using calming techniques. We’ve been bringing our pets to Vets 4 Pets Ridgehaven for many years and have always been so grateful for the kindness and care the whole team shows. They take the time to listen, explain, and treat our animals with gentleness and respect. Always happy with the service here - great vets who clearly love animals and always friendly and welcoming to humans and animals! Have used for years for vaccinations and general check ups at Ridgehaven and Golden Grove for my dog’s emergency c-section - never been disappointed with any service. Always easy to make appointments and quick to be seen on arrival!
In an emergency our kitten was seen promptly, assessed, diagnosed and treated. Clear explanations were given as to what was wrong with our kitten, the treatment required and cost. Sympathetic and caring staff members. Our kitty is now happy and healthy. Definitely use again!
Took my most loyal mate of 12 1/2 years for his final vet visit this morning - staff acted with more kindness and sensitivity than one could hope for. Thanks again.
