MY DOGGIE CHUBBY WAS HAVING DISCOMFORT DUE TO AN EAR INFECTION/FLEAS, I SPOKE TO JO THE PERSON WHO WAS INCHARGE(VET) AND MANAGED TO GET AN APPOINMENT AND IT WAS SO GREAT TO BE THERE WITH THE KIND GESTURE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, AT RECEPTION AND THE STAFF WERE GREAT. ONE DOSE OF MEDICATION CHANGED, CHUBBY HE HAS TURN AROUND AND IS BARLEY ITCHING OR IN DISCOMFORT. I WOULD RECOMMEND VETWEST, BALLAJURA TO BRING YOUR PET IF YOU LOVE YOUR EVERYTHING.....

The whole team at Ballajura as so kind and knowledgeable. I can't thank them enough for their care of our very nervous dog. The clinic has a very calm atmosphere and everyone is very welcoming!
Do not come here if your pet has a real health issue and you actually want a diagnosis. Our beautiful dog was laid to rest tonight. I brought him to you a month ago because he was unwell and you advised me the lumps all over his body were just fatty deposits and you assured me weren’t cancer and the excess weight gain that you had no answer for. Well it was cancer and the excess weight was fluid build up in his body from the cancer that was all through his body. You should be ashamed. I only gave you 1 star because it ... read more
