All the staff are wonderful at Vetwest Carine and always helpful , especially Jade . I took our beloved dog Jimmy to the vets on Monday for review and I was so relieved to see Lara on duty that morning . Her compassion, expertise and love of animals shines through .

We adopted Max three weeks ago and recently noticed he was lame on his front leg. When I called Vetwest on Monday morning without an appointment, they told us to bring him straight in and saw him immediately. After initial rest and anti‑inflammatories, we returned mid‑week for an X‑ray and discovered he had a fracture. The male vet we saw yesterday with our family cat was incredibly calm and managed our cat so well. I would highly recommend this practice when taking a challenging cat to the vet as they provided exceptional care, we weren’t rushed and they gave fantastic explanation for the condition went for .
