What an amazing experience I had today whilst taking our gorgeous retriever Buddy there. The vet nurses were so friendly and welcoming. The vet was super friendly and so caring. Highly recommend. Thank you for being so caring.
Dr. Sylvia and the whole team at this clinic are absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in, the girls at reception are welcoming, kind, and professional. The nurses are fantastic too , supportive, gentle, and clearly passionate about the animals they care for. Great friendly caring vet, we have been using them as our regular vet for many years for all our pets. The vets and staff are wonderful, always providing exceptional care and support. They always make us and our pets welcome which is lovely in what can be a worrying and stressful time for you & your pet.
I’m so pleased I chose this practice. I felt welcomed and cared for from the moment I walked through the door. All staff were absolutely lovely. Vet was wonderful. Kind, caring and compassionate to myself and my little dog. Did a thorough examination, explained everything so well. Reassuring, and offering follow up for any concerns. I was surprised to get a follow up call on Sunday checking up on Lily. It was so nice. We were beautifully cared for. Thankyou so much!
Thank you to the Vet and nurses for their emphatic and warm companionship to help our beloved dog to cross the rainbow bridge. They made him feel very relaxed and peaceful until his last moment.
