We have been taking our beloved Tasman to Vetwest in Carine for all of her 6 years. We have always been delighted with the professional and friendly service she (and we) have received from the receeption, the assistants and the vets. Our Wednesday visit was yet another pleasant experience. We went away knowing we had once again received first class assistance with Tasman treated with warm professionalism and our concerns for her carefully listened to, treated with empathy and addressed.
Angus our dog was ill, a speedy appointment was arranged, the vet carefully checked for all possibilities and made some astute recommendations which worked wonders. Dog Happy, Wife Happy and I am so Happy we are on a wellness plan with both dogs. Thank you Vetwest Carine, Brian
Wonderful experience with front staff and vet. We ran 5-7mina late as we forgot the urine sample in the fridge, vetwest very accomodating. Only concern was looking after the dog. Very appreciative.
Dr. Sylvia and the whole team at this clinic are absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in, the girls at reception are welcoming, kind, and professional. The nurses are fantastic too , supportive, gentle, and clearly passionate about the animals they care for.
