What an amazing experience I had today whilst taking our gorgeous retriever Buddy there. The vet nurses were so friendly and welcoming. The vet was super friendly and so caring. Highly recommend. Thank you for being so caring.
Great friendly caring vet, we have been using them as our regular vet for many years for all our pets. The vets and staff are wonderful, always providing exceptional care and support. They always make us and our pets welcome which is lovely in what can be a worrying and stressful time for you & your pet.
I’m so pleased I chose this practice. I felt welcomed and cared for from the moment I walked through the door. All staff were absolutely lovely. Vet was wonderful. Kind, caring and compassionate to myself and my little dog. Did a thorough examination, explained everything so well. Reassuring, and offering follow up for any concerns. I was surprised to get a follow up call on Sunday checking up on Lily. It was so nice. We were beautifully cared for. Thankyou so much!
Thank you to the Vet and nurses for their emphatic and warm companionship to help our beloved dog to cross the rainbow bridge. They made him feel very relaxed and peaceful until his last moment.
this vet completely have neglected my cat. we took our 10 month old kitten in as she was limping on her paw and they just said she needs 2 weeks rest and assured us she would be fine, we then took her for a second opinion at booragoon vet and they did an xray and found out her leg was completely broken and if this was picked up sooner they would of been able to fix it but because it had been 2 weeks there is a high chance my cat will never walk on this paw again. we are in the process of reporting this vet clinic to the vet ... read more
