We have been taking our beloved Tasman to Vetwest in Carine for all of her 6 years. We have always been delighted with the professional and friendly service she (and we) have received from the receeption, the assistants and the vets. Our Wednesday visit was yet another pleasant experience. We went away knowing we had once again received first class assistance with Tasman treated with warm professionalism and our concerns for her carefully listened to, treated with empathy and addressed.
Wonderful experience with front staff and vet. We ran 5-7mina late as we forgot the urine sample in the fridge, vetwest very accomodating. Only concern was looking after the dog. Very appreciative.
Our dogs have always had the very best treatment here. The staff are friendly. Would absolutely recommend for general pet requirements.
Walking into the practice, it was clean and well presented. Appointment was on time, the vet was lovely. Friendly, prepared with vaccinations and performed a thorough physical check. She also gave practical guidance to keep our dog in good health.
