I was 8 minutes late for my first appointment with Vetwest Clarkson, due to circumstances beyond my control and the vet said because I was late they did not have time to test the lump on my dogs leg, which was the main reason I went there....they were happy to do the shots and nail clipping but I would have to make another appointment for the lump, thereby incurring another consult fee. Very, very disappointed over recent experiences with staff at Carine. Loyal customer for over 22 years and numerous pets. Clearly customer service is no longer the focus of Vetwest - I'll take mine, my family's and my friends business elsewhere. Clearly you are not concerned if your lack of response to our concerns is any indication of your commitment.
