Unhappy with my recent phone call to vet west. I understand this is a stressful time with COVID-19 however I don't think it is okay for the reception to treat customers with disrespect. The lady was so rude saying "whatever tickles your fancy" when I asked her what was the best date for my dog to be booked in for her booster vaccination. I asked because previously they had booked her in for her 10 weeks vaccination and we drove all the way there only to find out she can't have her vaccination on the day as it was too early. ... read more
