Massive shout out to Chad and the team at Vet West, for their incredible lap spey of my pup, Bonnie. Post surgery, she's been an absolute idiot, as if she's Marie Condo'ed her ovaries and could not be happier with her life. It's an absolute miracle that the sutures have stayed together and she has healed so quickly and without issue. I attribute this to the minimally invasive and careful surgery of Chad and team. Front desk staff were really friendly and I was able to book the appointment over the phone with short notice. The vet was amazing with my boy who has been to a lot of vet trips lately and was clearly unsure of his soundings. She made him calm, gave plenty of pats and we left with him wagging his tail and not trying to escape out the door as quick as possible. The whole practice was very clean and tidy. I thought the idea of two different entrances for dogs and cats is a great idea!
We only use this clinic! We have been coming here for a few years now. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and all-around wonderful! Our 2 have had operations, check ups, treatments, the lot! We always get a follow up phone call if THEY are concerned for our 2. Well done guys, keep up the great work! Hint hint: get the wellness package! Wow, Where do I even start. This place doesn’t even deserve a star. Over the past few days me and my wife brang our beloved dog named rusty. Our dog has never had any problems with any vets we have been to over the past 9 years as this was the first! Rusty had to undergo surgery in his left eye (cherry eye) as they call it. As we waited for our loved dog to come out of surgery all we heard was crying from rusty which I get is normal but when the staff start shouting, not taking any care and being rude to us is certainly not... read more
Very caring and knowledgeable staff. I love how cats and dogs have separate areas and entrances. The consultation room has Feliway in to help calm our cat. He was treated well, and options were explored and explained fully. He’ll be going back next week for surgery and I know he is in good hands.
