A lady at the reception was so sweet towards our dog as he was nervous. She gave him a bandana with some calming spray to make him feel better. The vet was very kind and competent. He did a great job.
Just amazing service at Vet West in Currambine. Service was 5 star!! Bella the nurse went above and beyond for our dog. The vet Monica also kindly saw our dog without hesitation when Bella had flagged an issue. Lovely staff on reception. Thankyou so much for being so attentive and making us so welcome - Jayne & Fergus
Rang 1 month ago to get pricing on a laprascopic ovariectomy. Spoke to a lovely lady who was quite new had to open a file gave all my details and my dogs details etc. Explained would receive an email with a quote. I rang about 2 weeks later as had not received. Spoke to another apolegetic lady who said exactly the same thing......im still waiting. Very disappointing indeed. Rang another clinic who does the procedure and got a price over the phone??
Front desk staff were really friendly and I was able to book the appointment over the phone with short notice. The vet was amazing with my boy who has been to a lot of vet trips lately and was clearly unsure of his soundings. She made him calm, gave plenty of pats and we left with him wagging his tail and not trying to escape out the door as quick as possible. The whole practice was very clean and tidy. I thought the idea of two different entrances for dogs and cats is a great idea!
Lovely staff and no waiting around. I’ve used this vet practice for several years now and never disappoints 👍 Teddy had A star treatment 🥰
