I switched from one vet to Vetwest Ellenbrook after two incidents where my dog needed urgent care and the old vet couldn’t fit us in. We received expert care along with the best customer service. Dr Mark and the team are fantastic.

Wow what a team at Ellenbrook, my husband had to go there in an emergency and the care that was provided by Dr Rudolf and team showed their experience, talent and more importantly their empathy towards the animals. Running an animal rescue trying to find teams like this are difficult so was really happy with his review.
If you don’t have pet insurance please don’t visit this place. Simple medicine such as amoxicillin is cheaper on local pharmacy. As soon vet west upper management found out that customers are asking for prescription and not buying our expensive medication they started charging $30 for prescription which makes all medications cost higher. 👍
I would like to take this moment to thank all the staff at Vetwest Ellenbrook, you truly took wonderful care of my beautiful Bobby and also to thank you all for the lovely flowers and card received after Bob's passing.
