This place is a disaster. They will misdiagnose your pet, try to charge you $1000s for non required exams, and they refuse to refund for the consultation you when the pup is properly diagnosed by someone else and it was something really simple as an cyst they didn't bother to check.
This is our regular vet for our dogs Our girl had a litter on Wednesday and buggered complications yesterday They were fully booked and had to refer us elsewhere But to their credit They called a number of times and followed her progress Mum and pups all doing well This is an organisation that truly cares Thank you so much See you for a follow up in a couple of days
Thank you to the staff and vet who helped me with Spirit on Sunday 14th April. My dog was in so much pain which came out of the blue around Sunday lunchtime. The care my dog received was wonderful which included me as well. Unfortunately we had to Euthanasia my Spirit, she had cancer of her spleen. She was in so much pain it was heartbreaking to see her suffer so. I was able to spend the afternoon with my Spirit and give her comfort and love before she passed away peacefully and with no pain. Thank you from Georgie.
This team is honestly amazing. They were happy to see my 11 week old puppy immediately for a possible broken leg without needing to run to emergency. Luckily it wasn’t. But did a great job and an extensive check without an X-Ray. So worth the 20 minute drive. They rang me 2 days after and checked up to see how she was going. Even offered more medication to stop her running around to rest. Insurance was even sent off for us so we didn’t have to do it. Some vets don’t even do that anymore. Visit #1: Went to see them for an ear infection. Charged me $63.22 for a 20ml bottle of IliumDermotic, which sells online for $9-$13. And $45.08 for a 125ml bottle of Otoflush that sells online for $22.95 Visit #2: Went with my doberman as it had a sore paw/front leg. The vet diagnosed it was not sore. It was a congenital malformation or a fracture. He said it needed X-rays (of all 4 legs "to compare") at a cost of $1100.
