Ive taken my cats here for years.Recently my experiences have been nothing but negative.Severe lack of communication from clinic to customer,im constantly having to follow up and call about test results.Delays in administering medication,Trying to obtain the correct medication for my cats UTI has taken over a month and still not resolved.Feels like senior pets are overlooked.
Went today to have my dogs nails clipped and it was not the usual happy loving staff we have always had in the past. The receptionist " Britney "was short and quite rude at times. When i checked in at 3.05pm for a 3.30pm appointment she said , " your very early" rather than hello nice to see you. She had absolutely no interest in the dog or me , usually they would greet the dogs but no not even a look . Totally disgusting service. I arrived at the vet 5 minutes late as I was stuck in traffic, but they weren't interested in what I had to say and refused to see my dog for his vaccinations which would have only taken about 5 minutes to administer. I suppose making money is more important than the welfare of the pet. I will not be taking my pets to Vet West again, shameful arrogant behaviour, my pets behave better than this.
Rude staff I’m not happy with the service they provide. Also I don’t think the manager knows what happens behind doors and how inexperienced some of the vets actually are.
