Always a good experience visiting Vetwest Wanneroo. Dr Tim is amazing- friendly, gentle, and answers any questions I have thoroughly (my little dog loves him). The admin team are extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Amanda for taking the time to assist with my insurance claims; sorted out the recent visit on the spot, and even went back through past visits too. Thankyou!

We bought our cat in on a Monday it was looking like they needed surgery. We were going away on Friday. They accommodated us by seeing her the next day. The surgeon decided to give an antibiotic injection and see how she is when we return. As we had also paid for antibiotics tablet form I was given credit for those. The staff were very friendly and definitely met our needs.
