Everybody there have been lovely. My harley has been so well taken care of and quickly rushed through for surgery. They have made us both feel comfortable and joined us up on an insurance plan. Im worried about my boy who is having his surgery today but i no his in good hands thankyou from the bottom of our hearts💜💜
My 16 yr old Yorkshire Terrier went into acute congestive cardiac failure and was struggling to breath. We arrived late at night and were immediately taken into see the duty vet. We knew he was to be put to sleep as of the clinical situation was dire. The vet, vet nurses and reception all acted so compassionately. We are so grateful for their support and care.
Thank you for the help with Izzy. Another practice was full but you checked your clinics for a space and Wanneroo had a spot. Dr Tim you are kind, compassionate and caring to Izzy (Greyhound). Thank you to you and the team at the front counter.
We cannot praise Vetwest Wanneroo highly enough. The loving care they take of our beautiful, precious boy Teddy, especially in the final stage of his life warms our heart ❤️ The nurse found a lump during a routine appt. They gently told us later, it was a tumour. Dr Tim is the kindest, most wonderful Vet. We need more people in the world, like him.
Dr Tim has been nothing short of amazing. After a poor experience at another vet, where communication was lacking and we were left in the dark following a potentially urgent finding, he stepped in and completely turned things around. From personally following up to gather more information and keep things moving, to arranging for us to be seen at Wanneroo so we felt properly supported, he made what had been a stressful and discouraging process feel manageable again.
