We had a wonderful experience at Vetwest Wanneroo. The staff was friendly from the moment I walked in, and the vet took the time to answer all my questions. Every visit my pets calm and well-cared for. Highly recommend!
We bought our cat in on a Monday it was looking like they needed surgery. We were going away on Friday. They accommodated us by seeing her the next day. The surgeon decided to give an antibiotic injection and see how she is when we return. As we had also paid for antibiotics tablet form I was given credit for those. The staff were very friendly and definitely met our needs.
The Receptionist who took my call was compassionate kind and understanding. Called back to advise had a cancellation. Your kindness was very evident on the call. Thank you vetwest.
1st time using this clinic as we usually use Mindarie clinic. The staff were so lovely and Helen (vet) really spent time with our little Frenchie to the point it made me feel that good we’ll definitely be going back. Thank you Helen & team 😁
