After waking up to my little geriatric dog so sick the scramble was on to get into a vet in a Saturday. I called the vet west near me who then found me an appointment at Wanneroo vet west. They were so kind and the young male vet we saw was just incredible… my little jack Russel normally hated the vets and she was so comfortable and didn’t stress as she. Normally does. I can’t recommend them enough. So kind and caring I was so grateful.
My family and I have been going to VetWest Wanneroo for well over 12 years with our wonderful Roxy. The service from all members of staff has always been amazing and we would thank them all!! Unfortunately Roxy was very ill the last few weeks and yesterday we said our goodbyes to her. What a fantastic job Dr Helen and her team did from start to finish!! Had to pay before going in for a nail clip instead of after, then was told that his nails were already quite short and just took basically a millimetre off. Was asked what breed my dog was then the lady kept looking at him as if to say that's not his breed, although he looks exactly like his breed. Basically no pleasantries, false smile and as soon as she was done she just turned her back to us, said bye and walked through a different door. Dr Cameron is the best vet we have seen for our dog. He explains everything extremely well and goes out of his way to help us if we have any issues. The rest of the team are very friendly.
All staff at VetWest Wanneroo were so helpful and thorough. Great team! ..and friends of our beloved pets. Thanks guys!
