My partner was 10 minutes late for my dogs appointment due to an accident on the freeway and the receptionist refused to have him seen. My partner had driven 21km to get there. Multiple times we have waited over half an hour to be seen when they were running late. They will not provide repeat prescriptions without customers paying for a vet appointment and charge 10 times more than Chemist Warehouse or online Pharmacies for medications.
