Location is everything! You can walk to all Bishop Arts has to offer and the apartments have all the amenities you would expect like pool and fitness that for some reason other buildings in the area lack! View from the roof top deck is amazing!

Here is what management will not tell you before you sign: THE STRUCTURAL VIBRATION: Both units experience severe structural vibration from the adjacent MADabolic gym transmitting through the building's concrete slab. The way Victor Prosper is advertised is very misleading. This place isn't safe at all. I've had 5 packages stolen and my car has been broken into and the management has not done anything to help or prevent this from happening again. Instead I get told it's a risk I take for living in a metro area. There's also a homeless lady that will sneak in the open doors and sleep in the stair well.
