Love my therapist- Victoria is great! But issues w Lifestsnce. Billing. Having things go through insurance. Not knowing what I’m being charged for. And the ridiculousness of checking in for an appt.
I think that it would be helpful to schedule appointments on the app instead of calling or messaging the therapist. I hate to bother them with scheduling.
Victoria is great. Easy to talk to and connect with for my therapy
Victoria is awesome but their billing department is a joke.
She’s very comforting and takes her time with you.
