I have been seeing Victoria for years, even before she was at lifestance. She has helped me see through some very significant life happenings, and has provided me with fantastic tools and guidance along the way. She is honest, relatable, and easy to talk to. I’m not sure what I would do without her!

I appreciate a good therapist and that is Victoria. She’s kind, patient, informative, a great listener, and provides validation. At the same time, she will give great feedback and will let you know what’s up. Her demeanor makes me feel safe, trusting, and the time is valuable with her. One thing I learned over the years through therapy treatment, you should have a therapist who makes you feel safe, is well rounded, experienced at all angles, and lets you know where you can grow. Booking to see Victoria was very easy using Zoc doc. She is also very responsive. Meeting her and having my first session with her was great. She seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say and what my goals are for therapy. This is evidenced by her responses and body language. I’m looking forward to continuing with her.

Victoria is by far the best therapist I have ever been to. We really clicked and I look forward to our weekly sessions. She is beyond professional and never makes me feel as if my feelings are invalid. I highly recommended going to Victoria!
