I absolutely love the dress I purchased! Even on sale, it was a bit pricey for me but I was willing to pay it to get what I wanted. Contacting customer service is difficult though. There is no phone number on the website, so I had to resort to email when I had trouble purchasing. Unfortunately, my first email was not responded to. I waited a couple of days before trying again. At that time, I did get a prompt, courteous resolution to my problem and was able to complete my order.
I have made several purchases from Victorian Choice over the past few years. Excellent dresses for an even better price.
I had a problem with the purchased item disappearing from my cart before I could checkout; however, customer service corrected the problem and I had no problem purchasing the dress today. Now my only concern is the product itself. Since I have never used Victorian Choice prior to this purchase, I have no idea of the quality of the products they sell.

Love the overall dress, beautiful. The arms are quite small though. Can’t fit into them. Will need to have tailored to fit.
