Five star experience in Palmyra, NJ! We had our windows replaced and had the best experience. Everyone was super knowledgeable, friendly, and cared about our needs and wants. The initial appointment was thorough with fun demonstrations. Then we had a check in to make sure the work would be done as anticipated. Great communication and customer service. Sales guy was respectful and knowledgeable. Showed the features of the windows and went in detail about the product, company, installation and warranty process. The install crew was clean and efficient. The after install review was informative and helpful. Overall a great experience. Not the cheapest option out there but good value considering the quality window and company.
We had such a positive experience with Victory when replacing our windows at our home in Gloucester Twp. Their consultants were incredibly thorough and their install crew was top notch. Twenty new windows installed perfectly in less than 8 hours! We couldn’t be happier with their work and look forward to more projects with Victory in the future.
Great window company. Very professional and knowledgeable. Fast install from time of agreement . Sales rep Ayden was friendly and knowledgeable. Product was high quality. Warranty is serious and extensive. I would absolutely recommend them . Did 7 windows upstairs and will do the downstairs next year .
