Very good experience. The staff were very knowledgeable and understanding. Workers were timely and friendly and went well beyond originally project scope to fix a ton of rotted wood without increasing cost. Price was very good and way better than any other big company’s quote. The company has been very friendly and checks up often to make sure project is satisfactory. Would recommend to anyone to check with Victory for a quote on projects.
My experience with Victory started with a associate named Destiny, who introduced me to Victory home remodeling. Destiny was very professional and kind, she looked at my house and made key suggestions on repairs, that I would need. The next associate I met in the process was Kenny, he inspected my whole house, from a professionals point of view and took the time to explain what was needed and why. Victory installed me and my husbands windows, trim and gutters. We loved the work so much we decided to move forward right away with the rest of the windows. We absolutely love the work and can’t wait to have them back out. Everyone was extremely professional and made us feel comfortable every step of the way.
Salesperson took his time explaining product and process. Timeline of install was even moved up a week. Installers professional and did excellent job of clean up. The new look outside and inside compliments the overall appearance and curb appeal of my home. Would recommend this company to my friends.
Very easy people to work with. My husband and I got our windows, roof, and soon to be gutters completed. From start to finish we got everything ordered and installed within a month but the actual work only took a day for the roof and a day for the windows.
