The install was fast and efficient I really Love my windows. The time, courtesy and interaction was phenomenal. The Manager Augie was also an important addition to the work ethic and time to explain everything. I like that I felt comfortable and was really listened to, my questions and concerns were met. This company is a Gem! Victory made me feel accomplished with my choice in this company for my install of my windows. Give them a call!
I would highly recommend Victory Home Remodeling. From the salesmen all the way down to the workers, I received respect, honest, good rates and total transparency thru the whole job. Victory is a company you can trust and feel secure about their work. Also everyone was so helpful, kind and consideration. After the work was completed they showed me all the work that was completed, even with before and after pictures. They answered all my questions. I love these guys!! I will use them again this year for another project that n... read more
We started the game a long time ago (looking for siding) and lo and behold, we finally have a VICTORY!!! Siding, gutter, fascia and soffit. The house has finally joined the 21st century. Very happy with the crew from sales, pre-installers, INSTALLERS and finally the site supervisor. Job well done!
Victory just completed a siding project at my home last week and both of my Nextdoor neighbors reached out as soon as they were done to tell me how gorgeous the house looks. The process was pretty smooth. I put a feeler out on a 3rd party app on FB. I started getting phone calls right away but Victory was the only company that pivoted to text when I didn’t answer right away. No other company even left a message or let me know what company they were with. Next we had a great, very personable salesperson who wasn’t pushy. T... read more
Our consultant Dominique was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and the presentation was long lots of info but we felt like we had a visit from a longtime friend just catching up on things. The day of insall was great. Carlos took charge and Victor followed suit and expedited the job with ease. They were very respectful and communicated throughout the process. August Pensa the project manager was a bonus. Thank you guys for making this a great experience and not just a money grab. Im very pleased with the entire process.
