We just moved to Austin, TX, so need to setup doctors for each speciality and that takes time. For urgent needs of treatment we went to Victory Medical-we were in right hand- the care was taken by Aleksandra Zylka, NP and in next visit by Patricia Rodriguez, NP-no one was looking at clock that I have seen in other clinics and hospitals-they spent good amounts of time. The wait time was shorter than expected. All the people I dealt with at Victory urgent care were very nice and friendly and personable. I felt safe there. Really appreciated Patricia Rodriguez and Bella. Thank you.
I was a walk in and was seen within 30 minutes. The receptionist was courteous and welcoming. The triage nurse was thorough and put me at ease. The PA I saw (Barbara Bolek) was excellent. See listened to my concerns and after a thorough exam explained the path forward. Very good experience.
