Dr. Somaraju was very down to earth. She told me what was wrong and then found that my insurance, WI Medicaid, was THE ONLY insurance that wouldn't treat until Stage 4. She felt terrible about having to tell me that. However, 8 months later, I received a phone call from her office. They were calling to tell me there had finally been a change to that exclusion. They wanted to reorder labs and submit the prior authorization so I could begin treatment at the earliest possible date.
Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. I would definitely recommend this doctor to anyone.
