VIKOR has always been reliable and efficient. The workers assisted me with my needs and really made the experience the best it could be. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
Two employees of this company came to my rescue when I was stranded on the side of the road, at night, in a snowstorm. "Above and beyond" is not enough to describe what these two gentlemen did. When I called their supervisor to thank them for their assistance, I was told that this company has a culture and policy of offering assistance to those in need that they encounter in the field. In our litigious society, this was absolute breath of fresh air, that may haven even saved my life. Thank you.
This is their new building, and it's great! I was very impressed with the thought that went into it. I was also impressed with their focus on relationships and making sure their employees are trained for safety on their jobs.
