Just 1 months into moving in I lost my job went to management after staying afloat another 2 months and let them know would have to move. They told me to go apply for rental assistance and come back to talk. I was notified of court date they said I didn't have to go that they were aware of situation and waiting for me to apply for assistance and that the court date would be cancelled. This is the worst place ever. Not only did they over charge us. None of the appliances worked. They raised the rent without telling us, we never got our mail & ended up having to pay $515 for electric for 2 months, my husband ended up in the hospital & missed a week of work, our truck broke down. They would not take a partial payment so it made us late, they said to bring in all our receipts & they would work with us, they straight out lied, told my husband he didn't have to show up in court, that they would stop the evictio... read more

Where do I start. Terrible place to live. Management tells you they will take care of you, and that is well, a lie. Multiple times we had to have our A/C fixed. Then during the winter, you guessed it, our heater went out multiple times as well. We would have days where our water went out without prior knowledge. Then when we would call and let the office know, there answer would be "sorry, we are getting to it". There were even a few times they didn't even know that it was off.
