I was here for 3 years. This place used to be great, but constant management changes made it go way downhill. Dog poop everywhere, weed smoking all over, animal hair covering the stairs, garbage for months in building 5 and tons of feral cats on the property. I had to complain multiple times just to get the stairs cleaned. The old management actually enforced parking rules, but now there are abandoned cars covered in cobwebs that never move. Ashley was an absolute rock star!!! I came in needing an apt fast due to current living emergency situation. She was very kind, understanding and went above and beyond to help me lock down a unit. The Unit wasn’t going to be ready til the following day but she worked her magic and got it ready for me that same evening. I honestly can’t thank her enough.❤️
I’ve really enjoyed living here so far.. Front office is friendly and the maintenance guy Robert is the best! Really prompt, responsive and does great work.
My experience with this place has been outstanding. Customer service has been excellent. Maria, Tristen and Marenna all did an amazing job onboarding me and making me feel welcomed. They guided me through the application process and were very attentive to any questions which is difficult to come by nowadays. The entire team has been supportive. The maintenance crew is awesome. One of the worst experiences I've ever had living somewhere. The only good thing in this entire apartment complex is there's no roaches and the leasing agent Ashley is great she should be the manager by far! Forget about using the dog park it's filled with dog poop from lazy tenants, the maintenance guy is the rudest person I've ever met absolute worst customer service I've never been talked to like that by an employee of a company before, I got attacked in the apartment complex by a guy high on drugs and and then the apartm... read more
