Rob and Darrel are The best Maintenance Duo I’ve ever known in reference to any apartment I’ve ever rented. 🙌🏾 they are punctual, respectful, and genuinely care about the residents. They will bend over backwards to make sure the residents are living in comfort. Definitely grateful for all of their hard work. If I can give 10 stars I would!
The staff at Villa Vita are amazing. They have really helped to go above and beyond to make our move in as easy as possible. Darrell the maintenance manager has been extremely helpful on multiple occasions helping me figure out the package delivery process removal of boxes for recycling, taking care of work orders quickly. Very happy with the maintenance team. Specifically, Robert S. has quickly responded to fix a water leak from rain and my A/C unit. I called the emergency maintenance line on a Sunday and he returned my call and repaired my problem within 1 hour. Both friendly and professional 👍.
Long time resident, been here since 2019 we survived the pandemic here we’ve had maybe one or two questionable neighbors over the years at most.. but what has always been a constant is Darrel, our now maintenance manager! He has been here with us through family ups and downs and joy and holidays.. there is never a request that goes unworked, he will prudently update you and keep you informed.
