One of the worst experiences I've ever had living somewhere. The only good thing in this entire apartment complex is there's no roaches and the leasing agent Ashley is great she should be the manager by far! Forget about using the dog park it's filled with dog poop from lazy tenants, the maintenance guy is the rudest person I've ever met absolute worst customer service I've never been talked to like that by an employee of a company before, I got attacked in the apartment complex by a guy high on drugs and and then the apartm... read more
Rob and Darrel are The best Maintenance Duo I’ve ever known in reference to any apartment I’ve ever rented. 🙌🏾 they are punctual, respectful, and genuinely care about the residents. They will bend over backwards to make sure the residents are living in comfort. Definitely grateful for all of their hard work. If I can give 10 stars I would!
My experience with this place has been outstanding. Customer service has been excellent. Maria, Tristen and Marenna all did an amazing job onboarding me and making me feel welcomed. They guided me through the application process and were very attentive to any questions which is difficult to come by nowadays. The entire team has been supportive. The maintenance crew is awesome. The staff at Villa Vita are amazing. They have really helped to go above and beyond to make our move in as easy as possible. Darrell the maintenance manager has been extremely helpful on multiple occasions helping me figure out the package delivery process removal of boxes for recycling, taking care of work orders quickly. Very happy with the maintenance team. Specifically, Robert S. has quickly responded to fix a water leak from rain and my A/C unit. I called the emergency maintenance line on a Sunday and he returned my call and repaired my problem within 1 hour. Both friendly and professional 👍.
