your park is one of the worst manged park in cinn your not clean sheets are drapes no park rules and if managment likes u you can do any thing u want how can u call your selfs mangers ? you are sorry excuse as mangers you need yo allow someone who knows what there doing to take over so the owners can make there money back as it is that will never happen not till you all are gone in 15 years u have ran this place in to the ground AND YOUR NOT HONEST PEOPLE!!!!
this place is a nasty mangers and owner of land seem to think managment is not respomble for keeping this place up a nice thay cut any thing green down never make money on this so no stars for this place i am ashamed to live here but i can not move shame on you hope no one gets hurt with all these broken class in burned m.h
this place is a dump mangers will do nothing about trash in yards cats every were no street lights so dark you can not see your hand in front of your face kids running ever ware can no move to much money to even try no one seams to care about tenants drums cut in half to make bond fires ....
This place is a dump!! Garbage everywhere, bicycles and kids in the middle of the road. i am surprised that Cincinnati has not gone in there to condemn the whole community. DON'T trust the manager, she has made some bad choices concerning people and the sale of their homes according to residents i spoke with when checking the community out. Don't buy a mobile home from anyone they recommend, i was told that all the homes in the park are to old or rundown to move, so your stuck there. then when you can't sale the place, it go... read more
